When facilitated with thoughtful intention and attention, groups and workshops are a powerful space for great learning, connecting, visioning and self-knowing.
Yet groups are not easy!
Creating a safe space, navigating group dynamics, understanding and tending to issues of oppression and power, with awareness of yourself is challenging. In my workshop you will receive support to deepen your skills of planning and facilitation so you can lead as effectively as you desire. No experience with groups needed to attend!
