I’m here to help you know and live all that is possible for you and clear blocks such as self-doubt, fear, shame, grief and other very human emotions in your way of a deeply connected, self-loving and joyful life.

I’m an LCSW with decades of practice and deep passion for supporting thousands of individuals and groups of beautifully diverse identities, ages and life stories in a wide array of settings. My approach is collaborative, intuitive, wildly creative and full of heart.
I weave together a range of therapeutic models such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and nature-based therapies, healing from and ending oppression and more to create supportive generative containers for clients. I trust your knowing of what is right of you and your life and strategically guide you to connect with and live from that knowing.
